Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance over the phone or email;
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions;
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers;
  • Walk the employee through the problem-solving process;
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
  • Install and configure required software both remotely and on-site;
  • Set up hardware on-site and explain usage principles;
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.

 

Technical Skills

 

  • Basic knowledge and principles of building information systems;
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of computer hardware;
  • Basic knowledge and ability to work with OS of the Windows family, understanding of DNS, DHCP, AD. Differences between workgroup and domain;
  • Basic knowledge and skills to work with LAN network technologies, Wireless networks, understanding of the OSI model, the principle of operation of network equipment;
  • Knowledge of PC and application.

 

 

Basic requirements for candidates

 

  • Higher education (preferably in a technical specialty);
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT;
  • Ability to work fluently in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Responsibility, efficiency and decision-making ability.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Proposing proposals for the selection and application of methods and models for identifying, assessing and managing potential risks on the way to strategic goals, as well as participating in decision-making;
  • Make proposals on management, minimization and prevention of operational, market and credit risks and participate in activities in this direction;
  • Preparation of necessary reports in the process of operational, market and credit risk management, collection of information on key risk indicators and analysis;
  • Identifying potential risks and making suggestions for new products and services;
  • Assessment of business processes conducted in the structural units of the company, monitoring and making proposals in order to optimize risks;
  • Creating a risk map of the company's risks and implementing an ongoing monitoring process;
  • Carrying out awareness-raising activities in the structural units in order to increase the risk culture in the company.

Requirements

  • Civil integrity;
  • Economic or financial education;
  • Experience: Minimum required work experience 3 years, 1 year for risk management function;
  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Statistical programs;
  • Ability to work fluently in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: including professional business communication, documentation and correspondence;
  • Other requirements: Technical-analytical knowledge;
  • Knowledge of legislation, documentation: Prudential requirements and rules in financial institutions;
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained CFA or FRM certification results.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Organization of general control over the implementation of the approved strategic plan of PASHA Capital for the next strategic period and coordination with the company's structural units;
  • Organizing the monitoring of the company's achievement of strategic goals, conducting analysis of relevant targets, studying market conditions and substantiating target variables;
  • Hierarchical distribution of strategic targets by structural units and division by key performance indicators;
  • Conduct ongoing analyzes of performance management across various structural units of the company, measure the achievement of goals and participate in performance evaluation;
  • Regularly analyze the Company's performance on various identified financial indicators and inform management;
  • Performing other functions arising from job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Education in business organization and general management; an MBA degree is preferred;
  • At least 5 years of work experience in the field (Strategy); 2 years of experience in the field of strategy project management: field experience in the financial, banking and investment services sector is preferred;
  • Ability to work fluently in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: including professional business communication, documentation and correspondence;
  • Ability to use MS Office and project management programs at a professional level;

Responsibilities

 

  • Evaluating risks with respect to ongoing capital requirements imposed on investment companies
  • Drafting internal regulations on main and auxiliary investment services;
  • Advising the Company’s staff on legal requirements concerning provision of investment services;
  • Evaluation of accounting and reporting systems;
  • Responding to various requests from staff and performing other tasks assigned by the seniors.

 

Basic requirements for candidates

 

  • B.A. degree in finance, economics or law;
  • 2 years experience in the audit or internal control. Experience in the investment services sector is a preference;
  • Knowledge of laws applicable to capital market;
  • Knowledge of prudential requirements applicable to investment companies;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian. Ability to handle communication in these languages at professional level;
  • Professional skills in MS Office programs;
